      Avantages

      Used to have great employees; the good ones left when the company started the downward spiral, ones that are left are actively looking to get out.

      Inconvénients

      Management severely out of touch with employees, dictatorship, trying to be progressive but set the company back decades. For being an IT company, their process and systems are archaic.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Inconvénients

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
