      Good work/life balance. Ability to work from home. Good PTO and vacation time. Good benefits.

      Inconvénients

      No raises in 5 years. Hard to stay in touch with what is happening inside the company. Upper management feels very disconnected. Employee appreciation and compensation is low.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Inconvénients

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
