      Avantages

      Some of the best people to work with, good benefits and a clean new office environment. Regular M-F office hours for almost all positions.

      Inconvénients

      Top management has issues with delegating tasks and authority. Too many chiefs all trying to run the departments, so employees end up dealing with managers conflicting directions and priorities. Promotional opportunities are limited and very discriminatory. Turnover rate is high no matter what department you're in. Lack of training on behalf of the company is poor and the entire company is a giant rumor mill constantly turning.

      Avantages

      If you have the skills, this does not require heavy lifting. On occasion, it's informative and interesting.

      Inconvénients

      The nature of the work is not consistant. It ebbs and flows with the demands of the various schools posting online courses. And, as a contractor, I have no real communication with the course developers. I have lots to offer by way of years of editorial experience, but I get the sense there is little desire to really tackle the details.

      Avantages

      Work environment is relaxed and full of smart people Company respects their employees and treats them well

      Inconvénients

      Work can be extremely repetetive depending on work load Tasks are generally not challeging There is little space for individuals to be creative or innovative since there is a prescribed method for most tasks and few avenues for ideas to be shared and inacted
