Avantages
You can work remotely, also from abroad. Your are free to schedule your working time and you are trusted a lot. The company is solid and there are always new initiatives and innovation. Colleagues are friendly and helpful, and I feel working atmosphere is nice and productive.
Inconvénients
Honestly, I cannot understand the negative ratings. The focus was shifted from growth to profitability and the company size was shrinking a bit in terms of employees over the last 1-2 years during the crisis. But the company managed the turnaround successfully (unlike other hyped Berlin startups) and people are dedicated professionals. I understand that its hard if colleagues leave and especially those people are not giving a positive feedback afterwards... If you commit to work well and make an impact, it will be noticed and you can climb up in salary and career. If you come straight from your first internship after university and expect a lead position and lead salary you will be disappointed. And of course there are some challenges that come along with remote working (like communication and socializing) and I guess you need to decide on your own if this is fitting your personality.
