      Avantages

      Wonderful benefits, with a people centered culture. Very flexible with a huge emphasis on work/life balance. Volunteer work is highly supported. Wonderful company as a whole.

      Inconvénients

      Communication is near non existent. Poor management is overlooked and often rewarded. Management actions do not align with core values what so ever. Micromanaging seems to be the norm here.

      Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

      Inconvénients

      Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

      Avantages

      Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

      Inconvénients

      Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
