7yThe majority of our positions are for sales people and they do most of their work on the phone. Whether you call that sales or telemarketing, it is about the same thing - building relationships with healthcare providers or facilities and finding them jobs.
Our turnover rate is very low (14-17%) and retention is high and we pride ourselves on including everyone, regardless of age and have many employees in the 40+ club (myself included).
