Avantages
No weekends were great. 2017 thru 2022 were the golden years for the company. The group that I was brought in with, doubled if not tripled the production quotas. The guys in the shop were the best, we all cared about our place in our departments and in the product we build.
Inconvénients
As of this writing, June 18th 2023, all but 2 people remain from the OG crew and they are saying they are leaving soon. Now all the experienced employees are gone and the company is a shell of itself. Was an awesome company but the GM and upper management of the parent company ruined it. They would not listen to our requests to create better ways to manufacture the company product. Job workload became too much for the employees we had and we were told we would get raises for the extra workload, which never came till it was too late. Promises weren't kept so people left. Side note GM is no longer there anymore after my departure.
