Its about to be Q2 and still no incentive or sales plan has been established. the global inside sales manager over the charlotte offices produces a very hostile and uncomfortable work environment with her aggressive behavior. coaching and training is a joke at this place. There is no real hands on training just a bunch of videos. they make a lot of changes at the drop of a dime and refuse to give it to you in documented forms. It just became to hostile and to uncomfortable to stay.
