Avantages
From the moment I began preparing for my interview, I was eager to work at ComPsych. In just a minute or two, I had read of their size, global staff, mental health connection, the vast and varied support offered to individuals, and learning what EAP is; I was fully-focused on working here. 12-months on, and how I feel about ComPsych has not changed. I'm still extremely relieved and proud to be here. My colleagues, peers, seniors, and leadership are great to work with, always available, very present, and I find that both important and refreshing. In 11-years as a Recruiter, I've found there are two common questions a candidate asks me, "What's the culture like?". I'm happy to explain my findings... we're a company of growth and change, we're connected to the needs of an individual, we're here to help, we're supportive, and there is strong and continued training, clear communication, a strong team ethic throughout, and work-life balance. The other common question is my favourite; it's when a candidate asks me what I love about working at ComPsych. I see them smile as I go on and on about my experience and feelings here. I've found my answer is never the same, the positives seem to just keep coming.
Inconvénients
I'm a positive person, so it's hard for me to see negative aspects sometimes. Each persons experience and needs differ, of course.
