Not applicable because you can not trust Color! Managers lie and play favorites. They will hire others to do their work and under pay and over work them. Please don't make the same mistake as me and trust this company. I'm now laid off after fixing their dysfunctional mess. I should have done nothing just like my colleagues who still have their jobs at Color. So keep your camera off, don't attend work events, don't volunteer, and don't be a shining star because it will only make you a target because it's a toxic work environment.
Inconvénients
Color (my awful manager) promised opportunities, but instead I was laid off during the holidays without warning. The senior HRBP lacked empathy and tried gaslighting me by saying I was getting a good deal. No a good deal is when a company keeps it's promises to it's employees, not switch and bait. DO NOT TRUST COLOR!!!!
