      Avantages

      Great co workers, managers and the owner was very approachable. Pay used to be great. It’s a call center you can make your own decision on that.

      Inconvénients

      Have to be part of the clique to get promoted or brown nose. I’m not sure how the environment is now, but I know a lot of the people that used to work there are not there anymore.

      Fantastic company to work for!!! The owner gave it the best he could

      Avantages

      You don't have to have a degree to work there and it used to be a place you could make money. Their well is drying up and fast though.

      Inconvénients

      At this point it's clear that they are going out of business. They weren't able to obtain the Department of Education contract so they do not have much to offer as far as paper to collect on. They attempted to sub contract with another agency, but that fell through once they realized what CTi had to offer. They blamed it on the Department of ED and still everyone knows what really happened they bailed once they saw CTi was a joke. They constantly lie to employees trying to get the morale up, but no one believes anything they say anymore; including that we're still vying for the contract. They are going out of business soon anyway so soon there will not be any cons to write about.
