Avantages

The work environment was generally relaxed and comfortable.

Inconvénients

The HR department is one of the most disappointing aspects at this company. Confidentiality was a major concern, as sensitive information often seemed to circulate informally among employees. I never felt comfortable raising concerns with HR because I did not trust the department to handle matters professionally or confidentially. Instead of objectively investigating employee concerns, issues were simply escalated back to managers without proper consideration. The department would benefit greatly from stronger HR training, professionalism, and a better understanding of employee relations and confidentiality. Personal relationships influence outcomes more than merit here. Employees who are well-connected within the organization seemed to receive preferential treatment. The company culture also suffers from excessive workplace gossip and office politics, particularly among a small group of employees. As a result, employees who did not align with this informal network could find it difficult to thrive. Administrative processes handled by HR are frequently delayed, including matters related to bonuses, salary adjustments, requests, and other employee concerns. Communication around these issues was often slow and lacked transparency. Compensation and bonuses were generally below market standards. While the company emphasized values, culture, and the idea of being a "family," these messages were not reflected in day-to-day practices.
