Inconvénients
Salary not on time. Internal politics is very much within all projects only those who are favorites are rewarded and recognized. You're hard work doesn't get noticed. HR is very slow and full of fake promises. HR is more like a event management firm only good at showing off but with no focus on actual hr related tasks, or employees well being. No job security, they demand loyalty from us but it doesn't apply to them somehow, they have been silently laying off all the staff as there are no projects at all, with no compensation. We are working 13 to 16 hours daily due to stupid client needs and no proper compensation for that. We work in fear as we will also be laid off. There is no leadership in management.
