      Avantages

      The payment is really good, something that change my life and gives me the opportunity to growth as a developer.

      Inconvénients

      The benefits are ok, but could be better, and some perks don’t have real “value”. They take too much of your salary as intermediary, like ~40%

      Avantages

      The whole team is very passionate about its mission. They are very open on hearing feedback and giving the extra step for its customers. The culture is very flexible, no assigned hours, home-office, etc. On top of that they executive team is always concerned on making sure that the whole team is happy and growing in their position.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes they lack the structure of a corporation.
