      Nice people Flexible WFH arrangement

      Inconvénients

      Too top heavy, which prevents people from being promoted. Some managers are inexperienced or have no management experience and were not promoted on merit but simply because they worked here for a long time.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic work environment where we are required to work overtime to meet project deadlines but are not compensated fairly. Bonuses are not always paid out even for stellar performance.
