      It's flexible and you get to work anytime you want.

      Need more people in management as the current team leaders are always under pressure attending to more than 6000 chat moderators

      Avantages

      I get to work when I want to and I always aim for the peak hours because that’s when you’ll get the most texts once you figure that out you can make pretty do some money

      Inconvénients

      I only wish we could get paid sooner than a month lol but that’s OK. It’s not really a con. You just have to budget. That’s all.
