      The size of the company due to the fast growth is not yet aligned with the needed structures and solutions for an enterprise of that range.

      Avantages

      Everyone is there to help you better yourself personally and professionally. I’ve learned a lot here and I can see myself working here for years to come. I am grateful I’ve been able to match up my expertise with an environmental approach.

      Very supportive colleagues, great benefits, heavy on work-life balance

      Inconvénients

      Management/leadership is a mess, there is minimal to no room to grow because they are more focused on cleaning up the company than rewarding the people doing the work. Minimal promotions or salary increases
