      Avantages

      Supportive leadership with clear communication from the CEO and management team. Friendly and collaborative engineering culture where developers help each other. Good exposure to real production projects and opportunities to work with an international team based in Sydney.

      Inconvénients

      As a freelance contract role, long-term stability and career progression can be limited compared to full-time positions. Some coordination challenges may occur due to remote work and time zone differences.
