Unfortunately senior management who have failed to move on from the dark ages are more like mushrooms- kept in their dark offices and fed the BS from aforementioned middle management-- God knows what a real audit might find. So many good people have left in mysterious circumstances-this is telling for me!! HR section is unsupportive and more like a right hand for the CEO The Big question is always- Who's Next?
