-Employee “appreciation” seemed like lip service -Managers think they’re much smarter and wiser than they are -Admin egos -Poor behaviors of admin “transferred” to other employees (someone else would be lambasted for what manager would frequently do—on a larger scale) -Unprofessional mgmt actions observed (potentially to humiliate or embarrass staff…?)
