Avantages

Certifications, multiple projects (but if you are stuck in one and you are billable then your chances are none to move to another)

Inconvénients

Very bad higher management, no kra's defined, if you seek for a promotion you will get weird answers from your manager (didn't complete training ppt, didn't do trainings). People with zero skills get promoted, people who come late everyday get promoted, not sure how CitiusTech wins best company award (sure it's a paid survey). Appraisals are more worse, people who are at par get more hike and they don't bother to get others to market level.
