      Good HR policy Good salary 11 pm to 8:30 working company good for .net

      Inconvénients

      company not having good project for Java/J2ee. have project on Java UI and web UI company may ask u to work on any technology after joining. No manager guidance they are only for observation and for u r feed back giving to HR. If - ve feed back given by manager in first 3 month of u r first project u have to leave the company .
