Avantages

Great industry to be in, great vision of management, maximum effort by senior management to grow and nurture employees. Hands-on CEO.

Inconvénients

Sales team can use some inter-personal skills, especially when dealing with new and non-Indian employees. Favoritism seems to play a big role, with junior employees making senior level decisions. Even within sales team, members are very close-knit - makes it uncomfortable for new employees. Delivery teams seem overwhelmed at times at customer requests and are not pro-active. This affects sales efforts to grow accounts. Hands-on CEO also means scrutiny of work, however uncomfortable that might be.
