      Avantages

      1. Flexible work timings and no formals 2. Free home drop facilities for Women travelling after 10.00 3. Good Salary 4. Amazzinggg work environment, very nice people 5. Amazing Weekend allowances, quarterly budget for project 6. Few of the higher management people that i have interacted with were very down to earth. 7. Open door policy 8. HR, Recruitment team, IT team, Admin team are very supportive and resolve issues at the earliest. 9. Even the security guards are very nice 10. Most of all, you get to learn a lot of stuff as they work on the trending and latest technologies

      Inconvénients

      1. Onsite opportunities are less. But this point should not be counted after listing the Pros :-)

      Avantages

      Good exposure to healthcare projects and real-world client implementations. Strong focus on data, analytics, and digital health solutions. Opportunity to work on modern technologies and improve domain knowledge. Team members are generally supportive and collaborative. Decent work-life balance depending on the project.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes requirements are notGrowth and promotion cycles can be slow and not always transparent. Some projects may have high workload and tight deadlines. Communication gaps between management and teams can occur. Limited clarity in long-term career path for some roles. Internal processes can feel a bit rigid at times. clearly defined, leading to rework and confusion. Limited structured guidance or documentation for complex processes. Growth and promotion paths can feel unclear. Occasional communication gaps between teams and stakeholders.
