Not fully staffed so everyone does lots of jobs, not just your actual job.

They have committed employees there

They will find any excuse not to pay you. They will set you up to get fired. The discounts don't make sense. There is always something shifty going on. The CRM lightspeed is terrible. Many of the employees have either gotten "fired" or quit. Even management. They will work you like a dog for the shows. Traffic is not great. Management doesn't know how to speak to customers and they often leave with a bad taste in their mouth never to come back again.
