Inconvénients
You constantly are being peeped and reported about from various people. The CTO is interested in what other people think about you and that includes your driver and not what you are. Too much intrusion in your personal life. You may experiment but your ideas are accepted and dependent on whims of one person. And overall you will start to hate it. If you love programming this may not be the place because the product is quiet limited. If you are getting same package in a similar setup, go for that alternative.
