Avantages

ChannelEngine is staying true to its core. In a dynamic market with a lot of moving parts, there is no sign of toxic leadership or colleagues stabbing you in the back. On the contrary, when you are close to the fire, every individual shows an incredible work ethic and a human approach to fixing possible mistakes that have been made. It makes for an honest, flat organization that has a lot to learn but is willing to learn together.

Inconvénients

The company has been built on a core team with high intrinsic motivation. In the past year, 180 people have been hired in the company, which means some new people are(/were) just there to catch a paycheck. Luckily, this does not define the culture and these people are also confronted with their motivation. They do not belong in a serious organization with the ambition that ChannelEngine has.
