Avantages
Some really nice colleagues and good benefits and perks.
Inconvénients
The past 18 months have been a case study in questionable governance and leadership dysfunction. There has been a complete breakdown of trust and zero accountability. The executive team has undergone significant change and turnover (CEO, President, COO, EVPs of all three business lines, CHRO, CRO) with little transparency throughout. Hierarchies have become even more loyalty and proximity based instead of merit based. Senior management is myopic about certain things but unfocused when it comes to strategy and business drivers.
On top of that, there is a significant level of complacency baked in many teams across the organization. Even through the recent cost cutting moves, high levels of complacency remain. Yet teams that actually execute for the business are not getting rewarded.
Company performance is currently getting bailed out by the casino-ification of everything, and is not very reflective of decision making or execution. Would not recommend working here unless you thrive in corporate hierarchies where you’re not allowed to have an opinion unless you’re buddy buddy with certain management.
