Avantages

The comradery amongst the employees helps to support each other and perform their tasks efficiently

Inconvénients

Owner's do not care for their employees. They do not share company statistics on how well the company has performed as a whole per quarter or even year. Employee retention is forced as there are many situations upper management will manipulate in their favor to minimize pay, but force long working hours. They speak of how the company is a family and how the companies success is our success, but you don't see or feel the accomplishment. The office spaces is also a safety hazard with tripping hazard spread throughout and permanently fixed to the floor.

Avantages

There is flexibility in scheduling and it is a low pressure work environment.

Inconvénients

Not everyone works in the same location but thanks to technology all being in one place is no longer needed.

Avantages

The comradery is great. People love doing their work. Atmosphere can be good at times.

Inconvénients

The CEO exploits his workers. He purposely looks for individuals that are young, unmarried with no children, and came are in the US on work visas. That way they can't easily switch jobs due to restrictions that come with H1B visas. He underpays engineers and overworks them. He expects them to work 10-plus hours daily. So there is 0 work life balance. Knowing that they can't easily leave, he squeezes everything he can out of them before they find another employer. He also tried to sue a very valuable employee because he "knew too many company trade secrets" because that employee was tired of the work conditions.
