      Avantages

      Employee friendly, more learning opportunity and had a very good team with more energy. The management which I worked with initially had great values and the growth for an employee was focused.

      Inconvénients

      Deputation challenges need to be improved, Lot of changes took place when the company took over by other company which shackled the stability for sometime.
