      Very good environment to learn and grow , most of the veterans of Digital Computer Network in the industry would dedicate there growth to Cisco TAC in Aricent .

      Inconvénients

      change in CCIE policies , SIP component in CTC , Non technical manager handling highly technical team leads to communication gap .
