      At the time of joining bargain as much as you can, After that nothing is going to happen.

      Inconvénients

      Huge work pressure. No/very few Onsite. Quality work is very less at Bangalore. Senior people are not knowledgeable at Bangalore.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
