Avantages
1) Good exposure to Telecom and Networking Domain. 2) Better than most IT services firms in terms of Pay and Work environment 3) Flexi Timings 4) Continuous learning and Development programs 5) More like a training institute
Inconvénients
1) Capabilities of senior management is debatable. 2) Living in the past glory of the earlier brands ( Hughes, Futuresoft etc). No risk taking appetite. 3) Very very Mediocre middle management and off late the quality of intake has also come down considerably 4) Cannibalizing the iconic Frog brand
