      Avantages

      Great people that are passionate about games and gaming. Dedicated and hard working employees. Management on the local level really cares about the well being of their teams. They will do anything in their power to support the teams.

      Inconvénients

      The relationship with HQ (Japan) can be toxic and challenging. There is a constant need to prove yourself and earn trust while not being treated with respect. Pay isn't great
