      - Besides leadership there are some great people. - Great internal self promoters. - Lifers who genuinely are excited about their games.

      Inconvénients

      - Boys club -- barely any diversity. Witnessed females get unwanted and inappropriate attention. - Poor leadership with little motivation - Changing priorities - Bleeding talent - No clear org structure - Finance leader was extremely self serving -- shady at best - Lack of transparency - Instability -- never know when someone will be fired - No big picture thinking - Lack of inmovation -- Banked on the same game year over year - Low pay in consideration to others in local market
