      Avantages

      It was good experience learning to deal with the pressure and work load. My skills have improved. Some friendly co-workers. Free food and staff parties.

      Inconvénients

      The workload is not worth the pay. Had to work with a lot of people that weren't fluent in English. They spoke a lot in their own language which is quite rude with English speakers around.

      you are actually doing work

      gets pretty busy, the only one kitchenhand can get overloaded with dirty dishes sometimes.

      Employee get free food each shift

      Inconvénients

      Poor experience overall. All Asians. Pay was below legal standards, and there was no clear path for career growth. Staff concerns were ignored, and workplace culture was toxic. Would not recommend.
