      Avantages

      Good technology and a great team to work with. Good work life balance

      Inconvénients

      The company does not honor promised compensation. They randomly start paying half salary and force employees to take stocks instead. Every piece of design is redesigned multiple times after most of the coding done. Code is never reviewed and mostly written by junior folks

      Thanks for the feedback and update. Appreciate your services for the company around 1-2 years and highlighting Pros of the company. Being a startup we also had our own tough time and because of the employees and management, we managed to overcome all the challenges and got back on the track. Thanks again for supporting us in that period. We tried our level best to be transparent in the process and will keep on improving.

      Avantages

      I don't see any pros in working with this company. Outdated technology, substandard ways of Software engineering.

      Inconvénients

      This is worst and unprofessional company to work for. They will terrorize you to fire if job is not done within 3-4 hours and after it is done they will send excellent email. This is privately funded company with no customer so far and company started around 2 years back. I don't see stability here.

      Thanks for the feedback and update. we appreciate your services for the company and will encourage employees to report such kind of issues to handle it properly. we also believe the same that company will have good culture and future because of their employees. That's why our existing employee's average tenure is around 4 years.

      - Great Team to work with. - Stick together in all situations of the company. - Got funding. - Strong Management team.

      Inconvénients

      - Need to be add more people to handle the workload.
