-Hours are awful and not flexible. They are long and there is often little support. -Pay has not changed in 3 years. This year they implemented a tiny rise that was way under 3 years of inflation -Everything you do is monitored and measured and they add more ways to prevent paying bonus -People have been walking out the door since hours changed a year ago and the management seems oblivious to the cause -Every person in my team is looking for a new job -Unlikely company will be operating in a year as the speed they are loosing staff -No opportunity for growth anywhere. They sell false promises you will get moved up but theres no where to go
