      Great teamwork/staff Good support for staff wellbeing Friendly and supportive

      Inconvénients

      Low wage however this is not just cygnet - entire economy is a joke and minimum wage should be nowhere near as low as it is.

      Management ignored staff wellbeing. Infrastructure was poor and could be improved.
