      There is high pressure on performing. But this company allows us to work on several projects and the exposure is immense for learning and understanding the deep concepts of embedded world.

      In Embedded there is no pros

      Inconvénients

      Poor management and lack of transparency from leadership. Employees are overworked with unrealistic expectations and little appreciation. Work-life balance is practically nonexistent, and decisions often feel disorganized and reactive. Growth opportunities are limited, and feedback from employees is rarely taken seriously. High attrition seems to be ignored rather than addressed.
