      Avantages

      Opportunities to work on some exciting projects. Some of the consultants are top shelf, and have an impressive book of business.

      Inconvénients

      Some of the consultants, especially those from the older Christian & Timbers culture are completely self centered, selfish, about themselves, and lack any real sense of honesty and integrity. Booking and dumping of searches is far too common, and a 80pct completion rate is not something to go boast about.

      Avantages

      Intelligent colleagues, stimulating environment, impressive client roster. There was a 'Camelot moment' for this company - excellent work was performed by outstanding people for influential clients. There was a time when the koo-aid tasted sweet...

      Inconvénients

      Unscrupulous leadership at the core...which led to the CEO being deposed and the company itself ceasing operations and declaring bankruptcy... that was alongside the hostile-takeover/acquisition tactics of the search firm out of Chicago that 'purchased' specific assets (i.e., international offices) to grow their presence.
