      Avantages

      Many diverse opportunities and accounts. There is lots of room to move and try different things and different regions, domestically or globally.

      Inconvénients

      Senior management. Many of the VP think they are god like. Never giving the employees the respect they have earned. I witnessed on VP lecture and belittle someone, in front of everyone, for being late to a conference call. funny thing the day before the same VP was an hour late for the same call. No one called her on it.

      Avantages

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Inconvénients

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
