      Avantages

      There are very few good projects in CSC which are Covansys projects where resources will have growth, onsite long terms etc.

      Inconvénients

      Most of the projects are bad. CSC suits for people who does not have career aspirations and just want to have some monthly regular income. Leadership is terrible which will impede the growth of employees. No strigent process is followed across many projects. Resource is not allowed to change projects although resource is not happy with the work. Only resignation is the way to leave the project. Interest of resource never ever takes priority.

      Avantages

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Inconvénients

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
