No Pros... I didn't find anything positive here so can't give you incorrect information. I has already shut down to reimburse for certification.
Inconvénients
company leadership has high level of diplomacy, haphazard policies. If your manger or team lead doesn't like you then you'ld get lowest rating which means you'ld be asked to leave immediately... moreover, they don't even provide cabs when they ask to leave. No salary appraisal on 2 ratings (1 is the highest and 5 is the lowest) and no job surety on 3 or lower ratings. Guys don't join CSC... it can fire people who are on high pay scale any time and replace the vacancy with GET (graduate trainee who has just passed his graduation). For women it is the worst one now... very high pressure over employees... overall, leaving on your decision but my recommendation not to join it. High salary means high risk of job.
