      Good employee benefits, Work from home(depend on project). Flexible working hours.(No overhead on spending hours per a day) Less work pressure Pay is above industry avg chance of onsite(depends on project)

      Inconvénients

      You will have less exposure on advanced technologies. Some time you have to work on multiple technologies (let say you are a Java guy then you need to work on Ruby on rails)

      Avantages

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Inconvénients

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
