      Leadership is good at giving you a a speech you want to hear but no action is taken.

      Inconvénients

      The leadership at this firm is not a technically knowledgeable engineer. They do not value your input into trying to make improvements in standardization, knowledge base sharing or communication. Improve on your business and personal ethics and basic code of conduct.

      Good at selling you the dream

      Inconvénients

      Management are a bunch of hypocrites. Long hours, garbage bonuses of a few hundred dollars, hours office conditions , watch out if you are wearing the wrong shoes
