      Avantages

      Managers are great, really involved with employee progress and support. They really want you to succeed.

      Inconvénients

      It's a tough job, you need thick skin to be successful. A lot of cold calling and talking to people who don't want to talk to you.

      Avantages

      Very friendly staff, they really help you find great positions that they believe you will be successful in. The staff seems to care about their clients when trying to place you at a company.

      Inconvénients

      Overall there’s nothing to complain about.. but if I had to say something it would be.. maybe they should give you a bonus if you sign on to a job.. idk I think if u do a great job at a company you should get more than a pizza party at the new company.
