      Avantages

      CFR Rinkens provides a lot of autonomy for work and there is no micromanaging.

      Inconvénients

      Very little standardized processes. Training is very poor and there is a learn-as-you-go mentality. There are not many opportunities for performance reviews or paths to growth.
