      Possibilities to pass from one project (ones is over) to another, providing non-routing work. People is friendly and kind Good facilities Provide all the resources needed Flexible with respect to time to enter in the morning Possibilities to work from home Flexible with permission for personal needs (justified)

      Inconvénients

      Not clear way to grow inside the company People is subdivided by projects, so even is an small company one never get to meet must of the employees One can be assign with a project that is not from one interested

      Avantages

      Friendly environment; diversity of projects; majority of projects are very interesting., good until 30/35, the experience you develop can be easily repelled in other company, specially abroad.

      Inconvénients

      Excessive fragmentation in the activities; not possibile to grow and mature wit ha clear professional role ; career path simply does not exists; sometimes projects are really "small".
