      Avantages

      The people (staff and hourly) want to get along and make it tolerable. Pay is above average and there is no shortage of work.

      Inconvénients

      Did I mention no shortage of work? Wow, the place is too lean. People are moved around and set up for failure. Office turnover rate sets up a negative experience from day one.

      Avantages

      Forward looking and active in adapting; in spite of a mature industry. Personal people who will connect with those like them, generally very solution oriented, but legacy behavior can get in the way.

      Inconvénients

      In the middle of change, pushing for culture improvement which brings friction and resistance.
